Dependent Variable - what variable will you measure?	I would focus on the one that's inside because its the experiment that were doing so it’ll be cool to see if it actually works...
Controlled Variable - what variables will you keep the same?	I would keep the plants in the environment it is in for testing...

Ebola vs The Black Death!!!

You may have heard about the Ebola & Black Death Viruses. This piece of writing you are about to read is about how these two diseases have in common. First fact, the Ebola virus has been around for quite sometime but guess what. The Ebola virus was found in World War 1, and the virus was made by all of the dead bodies that were piled up and up and up like mountains. The Black Plague ( Death ) on the other hand was made by little rats that had fleas on them. The rats snuck onto a ship heading for Europe and made everyone deadly ill or dead. As the entered the docks people were there to greet them and welcome them to there country but they never knew what they were in for.

As people started entering the ship they saw very sick people and dead bodies everywhere. As people were examining the bodies they spotted big black boils that oozed out pus and blood and the people that were still alive had to wait for her death. People still remembered the rumors of this illness but everyone doubted and doubted. Did you know that both of the diseases had a thing part of their side effect named deliriousness. Deliriousness means that you see things that aren't real of you become mental and crazy...Did you know that the Black Death killed most of Europe's population by 60%!!! Did you know that people dug holes so long down that it hit earth's water bed. When people die they grab their corpses and throw them down to the water bed and put dirt onto them. Kind of like a lasagna.

Our Muscles

Did you know that you have more than 600 Muscles in your body. If you ask me thats heaps of Muscles. If you're a big body builder or a small baby you still have the same amount of Muscles in your body. Did you know that even when you relax your Muscles are still working. When you move your Muscle your brain sends a message to the particular part you want to move. Have you ever felt that pain in your Muscles after a long day of standing or Exercise. If you're wondering what that pain is called, its called Muscle Fatigue. Do you know the muscles you think are Muscles aren't the only ones.

Did you know that when you sit down or even talk you're using Muscles. Did you know that we have three main Muscles, the smooth Muscle the cardiac muscle and the skeletal muscle. Did you know that the smooth Muscle works even if you're not trying. The smooth Muscle works when you throw up. It pushes up the vomit and your stomach clenches. That's the Smooth muscle but the cardiac Muscle works without you even trying. It’s kind of like the smooth muscle but it has a different working...Did you know that our heart is a muscle, it is called the Myocardium. It is the most relaxed muscle in your body and it pumps blood throughout our body.

The Skeletal muscle is the one you flex with. It doesn't work unless you move or pick up something. The skeletal muscle is supported by another muscle called the flexor. The flexor is under the biceps and when you flex your muscle the flexor supports the biceps...For little kids they don't need to work out and lift waits to be healthy. They have to play outside and eat the right food...

The Boy Who Ran Away!!!

As Josh stormed off thru the park he saw his friends. “Hey...What happened to you”. “NOTHING” yelled Josh. “No...Really what happened” said his best friend Simon. “Look mate...I don't want to talk about it alright” said Josh. “Whatever you want” Slowly said Simon. As Josh walked out of the gate of Parrs Park he noticed something strange. He didn't know where he was. “Excuse me...What suburb is this” said Josh. “Well this is Waikato the land of the Cows” laughed the lady. “I walked from Auckland to Waikato”. “WOW” expressively said Josh. “Is that how angry I was” said Josh. The lady said “DID YOU WALK FROM AUCKLAND TO WAIKATO”. “Apparently Yes” said Josh. “Man it's getting late and I think my Mums getting worried” said Josh as he set off to try and get home. Suddenly a lady pulled over in a BIG black van. “Hey boy...Do you want a ride” Grunted the lady. She had a big black dress with long blonde hair and white high heels with green eyes that glow like a cat. “Are you real...Oh sorry you look so cartoon like” said Josh. “I get that a lot” said the lady Jennifer.  

“Can you drop me off please”, “Why do you think i'm here” said Jennifer. “Ok just let me get my stuff”...”Hurry up we don't have all night” said Jennifer. “Where do you live” said Jennifer, “I live in Glen Innes” said Josh. Hey thats where I live to said Jennifer. “COOL” said Josh. As they were driving the conversation just went bohringer and bohringer, “hey do you have a radio” said Josh, Yup but why were already at your house. “Wait what” surprisingly said Josh. “MUM MUM” said Josh! Knock Knock Knock “Mum Mum” yelled Josh. I’ll just look thru the window said Josh... “Oh No”. “What happened” said Jennifer. My Mum's not there. “Well what do you want to do” said Jennifer “ Can I go to my Nana’s please” said Josh. “Ok where does you Nana live exactly”. “You’ll see”!!!

“Yea Yea Yea”!!! “She lives in that house over there” Josh excitedly said. “Nana Nana” Yelled Josh. CLICK... “MUM” Josh gave her a big hug. Josh's Mum looked like she was crying. “I thought I lost you”. “This lady dropped”... “What are you talking about” said Josh’s Mum... “She was right there”. “Oh well Thank you” Yelled Josh.

Writing a Narrative 2

It was 25 degrees in the car, it felt like 50 degrees because Mum never let us put down the windows. John and Jack felt like going home but they knew that they were going to ride the best rollercoaster of all eternity. So as soon as we parked up we all collapsed to the hard gravel and breathed that fresh air into our lungs, “your Mum’s weird” said the two brothers John and Jack. “No she's not” said George. “THEN WHY DID SHE KEEP THE WINDOWS UP” said John in a angrily tone “ok ok you don't have to shout at least we never died” George said, but they had more better things to worry about.

“THE EVIL RUN” pretty scary stuff said John. George and Jack looked at each other and started laughing “Why are you laughing nothing's funny” said John “have you ever been on the Panic Paradise” said George and Jack. What's this Panic Paradise said John Anxiously. Are you serious !!! It's the only rollercoaster that will make you vomit or even worst... DIE.

Do you think John knows what he’s in for said George, yup his in for a real treat HAHAHA!!! As they entered the theme park they made a deal with each other. Ok if you ride every ride including the Panic Paradise I will give you 20$ said George. John said “you're on”. The first ride they went on was called the Haunted Mine. George and Jack thought it will scare him a little but still COCKY. Then they tried the Brain Twister, that did no affect whatsoever. “Hey I think it's time to go on the second scariest ride in this theme park, unless you guys are SCARED” said John. “Um yea of course we're not scared. You're ON” said George. “You kind of stumbled the first two words out”, George laughed. “Be quiet at least i'm not scared of kiddy land over by the Whack a mole”. “That was when I was 5 ok now i'm 12, MAN you don't have to go into the past George” “Yea right” chuckled George.

“Um sir you never buckled me in  properly sir sir SIR” John said the ride will be taking off in 5 seconds. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh John screamed with fear. “Why are you screaming, It the first bit of the Roller Coaster” said George. “I NOT BUCKLED IN PROPERLY” Shouted John. Ok ok don't panic ummm, pull that lever down oh no umm George Struggled to find out. “You’ve been really Cocky all these years and I think you should pay” said Jack, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
