Winter is here and so are the germs! If you want to be healthy and stop yourself from getting sick you should keep reading.
One of the easiest ways of staying healthy is eating a balanced range of food. This means eating from the 5 food groups with a focus on fruits and vegetables. If you do that then your body will receive all the nutrients it needs to be in the best condition to fight off invading germs.
Another way to prevent yourself from getting sick is by not sharing food with others. This means not eating food that others have already eaten because their germs may be on the food. If you do this you will not get sick because their germs won’t mix with yours.
A final way to prevent yourself from getting sick is to stay clean. This means washing your hands after going toilet and before you eat. It also means showering everyday.If you do this this then you will wash all the germs away from your body which will help to stay healthy.
