The Abandoned Forest

There were dark spruce forest, frozen rivers and dead leafs everywhere. “Wow, is this how autumn is on a farm” said Samantha.

“Yup” said her Dad.

“I want to go back home like our real home in the city, why can't we go somewhere except for this place” said Samantha. After they moved in all there stuff she went to go explore the dark forest. “WOW”!!! “Do they have there own little city”. “Amazing”!!! As she walked through the city she saw shops just like the original city. “Hey do you know where the hair salon is” said Samantha.

“HAHAHA you fool!!! We don't have hair salons here”. “Hi my name is Rachel what's your name”.

“Um my name is Samantha”. “So, where do you live” said Rachel.

“I live just over that hill on a farm”.

“Wow, you live on a farm. That's amazing I wish I lived on a farm” said Rachel. “Wait! What farm” said Rachel,

“the one over that hill” said Samantha. “Oh no!!! Your on your own on that one mate” said Rachel.

“Um OK what are you talking about” said Samantha,

“You didn't know” said Rachel “know what” said Samantha. “You didn’t know about the farm”. “Well the farm is Haunted because the old farmer that lived there died because a cow ate him” said Rachel. “NO WAY” said Samantha. So little Sam ran off and asked her parents if the farm was haunted and they said “WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT GO OUTSIDE AND FEED THE COWS”. “I wonder if Rachel was actually telling the truth because I hear noises while i'm sleeping plus the first time I walked into the house the air was heavy”? “Rachel Rachel, you were right my house is haunted” “I told you” said Rachel. Well you can live with us if you want said Rachel.... "Um I don't know um" "DO YOU WANT TO GET HAUNTED BY A GHOST" "OK OK calm down" Yes I will live with you.

My 2015 Refletion

2015! Oh Where do I start Rainbows End, Parakai, Christmas in the Park? There's so many to choose from - maybe I'll start with going to Christmas in the Park. You maybe thinking that I went with my class but nope I went with my family. It was loads of fun, when we got there we could see a really BIG glow in the distance but when we got closer to the light it was everyone's glowing devices. Wow there's so many devices “Dad can I have a Santa hat please” my brother said. “Ok” my Dad said, so we went to this store it was more of a tarp filled with glow sticks and other glow devices. As we were walking out all we could hear was loud music and people singing. There were so many cool amazing songs, but we had more problems than that we needed to find a spot to sit and watch.

My highlight for 2015/2016 was New year's eve, not only the fireworks were great everything was great. First of all my Aunty Adah came with us to the City to watch the fireworks then we went to Mcdonalds then after that we went for a big cruise around the City. It was so funny because there were heaps of people walking weird and we stopped off at a awesome park. Silo park, it's always quit there but heaps of fun. Lastly we stopped off at Mcdonalds for a frozen drink.

My Goals for 2016

I wake up every morning and think what is my goals for 2016? Well one of my goals are getting fit. Sometimes I could get lazy and sometimes I could get active. When I get lazy I get lazy!!! That's why this year I want to do all the exercise I can to get fit by the end of the Year. The second thing I want to work on is focusing on my school work, and focusing on other things but here's one thing. I'M NOT GOOD AT FOCUSING. And this is my third thing I want to work on this year and it's helping my Mum with her duties. My brother Simon doesn't really do anything around the house but I always help my Mum around the house. One Wonderful New Year

As we rushed to the best look out we had which was in front of Parnell Pools the Fireworks on the Sky Tower just started blowing up. “We just got there in time” I said to my family, people just started rushing in when the Fireworks blew up. We weren't in the best view but at least we got to see those amazing Fireworks. Infact we were supposed to go Silo Park but we all had to wait for my Aunty Adah. I heard that the best look out of the Sky Tower was at Silo Park so I assumed that it will be full and CRAZY!!! When the Fireworks finished we had to leave because traffic would of started getting heavy. As we left my Family started feeling hungry so we went to Mcdonalds on Quay Street. When we finished we rushed to the furthest Traffic Light  so it could get us ahead of all the Traffic.

There were so many Traffic Jams and people in the city so I thought it was just one of those things when there's a celebration or something. I looked out my window and watched people doing dance battles and people chanting. I loved every second of it that I couldn't sleep in the backseat of the car but My brother and My Aunty Adah managed to fall asleep. As we just got off Queen Street it's like the City life just dies but i'm figuring that in the middle of Queen Street it's the Heart of Auckland City.

As we were just heading to Glen Innes My Aunty Adah started feeling hungry so we got her something to eat but for my Mum, Dad, Simon and My Self we all got Frozen Cokes. When we left we all started feeling tired so we all went home and had a Goodnights Rest.

A Very Amazing Christmas

Did you know what I did for Christmas?  Well this is where it all starts. Me and my brother Simon were so happy about our presents we got from our Mum and Dad. I got a Guitar and Simon got a Piano. It was so cool seeing BIG LONG presents under our Christmas Tree, but we knew that it was just the beginning of a fun filled day. My Mum’s Family was coming over for a yum BBQ, and more presents of course. Me, Simon and my Dad went down to my Aunty Lizzy’s to drop off my little cousins Julius and Eli’s presents. But when we got there we got a very unexpected surprise. It was Guitar Hero on XBOX ONE. “Wow that’s not even in any game store yet” I said in Surprise. “Thank you so much Aunty Lizzy” and gave her a BIG HUG.

When we got home my Mum was making her famous yum Potato Salad and Her delicious Crab meat Salad. Me and my Dad were doing the BBQ and Simon and my Cousin John were playing on the Xbox One. For our BBQ we had Steak, Lamb Ribs, Chicken, Corn and Kebabs. When My Nana, Grandpa and My Aunty Adah came over they gave us very cool gifts like Perfume from my Aunty Adah and 100 Dollars from My Nana and My Grandpa. “Thank you I said” and gave them a Kiss and a Hug. When the BBQ was ready we all gathered up in the Garage said Prayer and then Dug in.

When all was said and done, we all had a talk and just chilled then it was getting pretty late so we all packed up and said our farewells and then our visitors left. When everyone left, me, Simon and my Dad went out West to see some of our other cousins Alumita and Fenoga.  We call them Mita and Noga for short. When we got there we knocked on the door and said “Hi, Merry Christmas” and went inside. When we looked on their Christmas Tree, we saw a 40 Dollar gift Voucher for EB Games and 30 Dollars in cash. We gave them Shoes and a perfume each. My dad went to go see our Grandad and we stayed with our cousins. We just talked and listened to Music then our dad came and said “Come on we have to go”. “Oh Oh Oh” Me and Simon said “Bye” to our cousins, and that's how our day turned out, full of Excitement, Happiness, Family, Presents and Love, the way Christmas Day should be.

My End Of Year Reflection

This Year went so FAST. It was like being on a Rollercoaster, I had heaps of fun this year. My Year, Year 7’s Went Rainbows End, Year 8’s went to a Christian camp. Next week we're going Parakai Hot Springs. If you haven't been there you should Probably go. My big highlight would have to be Rainbows End and Polyfest. My favorite bit about Polyfest was the performances from different cultures. The thing I loved most was the Flava Van. Flava is a Radio Station if you didn't know. They gave us heaps of stuff like Hats, Glasses, Sun Screen, Hacky Sack, Water Bottle and a Balloon.

I think My Biggest Biggest Highlight would have to be Parakai. I haven't been there but I think that it will be so so fun. I even heard they have a hydroslide. This Year 2015 would have to be one of my favorite years, Because I made heaps of Friends. I even had a Amazing block. The saddest thing this year was when my Best Friend Harlem left to a another school. If I had to rate myself out of 10 it will probably be 7/10. The reason I rate myself this is because I talk too much in class and I don't really help out in the class. I think if I change myself I could get a end of year Award. I'm Really responsible.   

Next Year I'm going to be more involved in sports and school work. I’m going to be Year 8 next year so I need to show Awesome to the whole school. I want to be the best I can. I want to set an example to the little kids. Next Year i'm aiming to be high in everything. Reading, Writing and Maths. I really want my Report to be highest that i've ever got!!!

The event that I rate out of 10 would have to be Manaiakalani Film Fest. The reason I rate it out of 10 is because we go to watch free movies around the cluster. Pt England school takes out the cinemas every year but this year different schools joined us this year. Panmure Bridge and Tamaki College etc. It was funny and cool. If I had to pick a favourite movie it would have to be Antboy by Mr Baxindine and My brother Simon. This Year was So Fun !!!
