Whats a food chain

What is a food chain. A food chain is order of living things and what they eat. A food chain starts with producer a producer is like a flower grass and algae and plankton. Consumers are animals that eat other animals like killer whales and Humpback whales. An consumer is something that eats producers. Producers are plankton and algae flowers and grass. Consumer is krill bee and cow.

My weekend

On a nice sunny weekend me and my brother had a sleepover at our Nana and Pas place. It was so cool because me, my Nana, my Pa and my brother Simon went to the Flea Market near a rugby club named University, which is our Rugby Club we usually play for. We looked around the market and my nana wanted this yummy fruit called perseman. I was getting hungry, so I had a yummy steak roll and hot chips. My Pa wanted the same thing that I had. I Love Hot Chips. My brother Simon didn’t want anything at the market, he wanted Mc Donalds instead.

After our long trip to the Market, we went back to our Nana and Pas and we played Ps2. The games we played were WWE ‘09 and Madagascar. Madagascar has alot of missons and wrestling is about challenging your opponent, just like wrestling we watch on T.V. After we played PS2, we cleaned up down our airbed, put the blankets away and open the curtains. Nana and Pa were playing cards and Simon and I decided to draw. I drew a man that looked so cool and my brother drew a abby man. A abby man is a muscle man. I started getting bored, so I told Nana and Pa that I was going to bike home to see what Mum and Dad were up too.

When I got home, Mum and Dad were having a Sleep In. I woke them up. Later on in the evening, Me and Dad picked Simon up from my Nanas and he was telling us about how he was challenging Pa at a game called Cars 2. Mum didn’t come because she was making dinner. We had lamb chops, surimi salad and buttered potatoes. It was delicious. I really LOVE having sleepovers at my Grandparents house because we always have a lot of FUN.

Antarctica

Antarctica is the most coldest place on earth.  Antarctica has heaps of water you can even pick ice off the grownd and warm it up and drink it.  Antarctica has scientists that live there and they find out how cold it is and how fresh the water is. They also look at global warming.

Whales

Whales are large speaces that live in the sea.  Some whales dont have teeth and some whales do have teeth.  Whales get split up in to groups.

A female whale is called a cow and the male whale is called a bull.

Whales are super large species and some are very freaky like a

humpback whale or a killer whale (orca).

Rugby leage

In the morning Rm 13 went out to play rugby league. Our coach that was teaching us his name is James he is a very good coach because he taught us duck duck goose but in a cooler way. We had to pass the ball around the oval and you have to run around it. There is one more thing that i have to tell you there is this game called Benji says you have to copy what the coach says. It was on the netball court. all of the people with no shoes had sore feet. We played Octopus too but with rugby balls it was kind of crazy because children tag us with the ball. Some people always drop the ball and that was making the team angry. We learnd how to defend. It was kind of hard but it got more fun and cool but still hard. i was tired after that we played draw and pass it was fun because we are in a line and we have to pass the ball to the person beside you without getting tackled When you pass to that person, they try hard to score a goal. We even practced attacking and passing back it was hard but we got the hang of it. Here are some video clips of our first lesson.

Will.i.am

On a nice day we had a Special visitor and his name is Will.i.am.  Our whole school was in shock even i was shocked. he came and he spoke about his life and about his familys life.  He spoke about how he was raised and how he was poor and his mum looked after him and his siblings i felt sorry for him. his dream was to be a singer and to help his mum his dream came true.

Immersion Assembly

On a lovely day Pt England school had an Immersion Assembly.  It means that all of the teachers do funny things to get all of the kids get pumped up for the term.  I was  exsited for year 5 Item because it was funny and cool because Mr marks was a snowboard man with a bandana It was funny!

My hollidays

On a lovely holiday It was my birthday and I turned nine. For my birthday i got new shoes and a new game and $200 to bank. I also got a new rabbit his name is Bruno and he has red eyes and he is white with a leopard patterns on his back. Me and my family went out for lunch and as soon as we go home I was full. Me and my brother Simon played my new game as we were playing with my cousin John who showed up. He helped us on the game.
