Explanation Writing: How to prevent your self from getting sick
Intro: To prevent yourself from getting sick you have to stay fit, eat healthy, and wash your hands frequently. These things will help you in everyday life.
Para 1: One of the easiest ways of staying healthy is eating a balanced range of food. This means eating from the 5 food groups with a focus on fruits and vegetables. If you do that then your body will receive all the nutrients it needs to be in the best condition to fight off invading germs.
To prevent yourself from getting sick is not to share food with family & friends. This may help you from getting sick. The ways to not get sick is to eat Fruits, Veggies, Meat and Carbs. These things will help you in everyday life but if you share with your friend then there's a high standard of you getting sick.
Para 3: Another way from preventing yourself from getting sick is to stay clean. Wash your hands very Often and Eat a balanced range of foods. Some ways to keep clean is to shower, washing your hands etc. Doing exercise will do heaps for you not only will it keep you fit but it will kill heaps of the sickness away.

Duffy Assembly
Today at 11.30 am the whole school got an opportunity to see Tasha. Thats the lady that was presenting to Pt England School. She told us about her life and she wanted to be heaps of things. A Singer, Lawyer and Dancer. So she sang a song and it was loud. She sang Jessie J Price Tag and her own song she made up, It was about reading everyday. So we got a chance to listen and her songs were good. So she was so kind that she gave us Duffy Books. If you look below I have got Dracula and White Fang.
